FEES

Excellent private legal representation inherently comes with a cost. We believe in transparency and fairness, as well as maintaining reasonable legal fees. In many cases, we offer payment plans after an initial retainer or down payment.

The fees below represent estimates for typical cases we handle. However, our attorneys determine the actual cost of representation during the consultation based on a variety of factors that impact the complexity of a case. Issues such as criminal history, immigration violations, and many other matters can complicate a case, resulting in more work for attorney and staff, and thus higher fees.

I have been dealing with Laura for a very long time. I think my family and myself don’t think of her as a lawyer but as a good family friend. I no longer live in WI and from 2,000 plus miles away she still does everything in her power to help and care for people. To her and all her employees I want to say thanks for the help you bring to us in this hard immigration cases. They even call me as soonest they get an update on my case and let me know what do I need to be ready.
